Lethal Manhole covers

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7660308.

Badly damaged manhole covers between Nuffield Lane and Ickfield Lane on the A4130 near bus stop Stop ID: oxfgpgtp. These have been reported previouslty and STILL not fixed! This has now been raised direcly with both local and county cllrs.

    Still dangerous. Drive over it and it feels like the axle is going to break; steer round it and either face suddenly-appearing oncoming traffic or risk sliding on the gravel.

    We've seen cars swerving late and/or braking hard. We are expecting an accident soon.
