Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7658964.

New grey close. I am very concerned that emergency services could not get to destination because of cars blocking the road. And also I couldn't get out of my drive to take my wife to hospital recently this is causing distress to me and other residents
