Outside the Wishing Well pub and no. 11, The Tiangle, Palmers Green, N13 - uneven surface. The pavements in Green Lanes, N13 are generally uneven / dangerous to the elderly, disabled and young so an inspection of the whole high street and triangle would be prudent.
