Insufficient cardboard+plastic recycling bins

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Nick Burch at 12:48, Sun 19 August 2007

Sent to Oxford City Council 1 minute later

There are insufficient cardboard+plastic recycling bins in the recycling area for Castle Mill House. The ones there are are almost always overflowing, with piles of recycling next to them. Several more need to be installed.

Updates

  • The recycling bins are still overflowing most of the time, as no new ones have yet been installed

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 16:21, Sun 16 September 2007

  • I reported this to W Lucy & Co, the landlords, a couple of months back; some new larger bins have been put in, but the larger bins still aren't big enough... the place still looks a mess even only a few days after the bins have been emptied.
