Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7657341.

The alleyway between Gainsborough Road and Braddon Road there is fencing running down either side. One of the fence panels has rotted and fallen into the alleyway causing an obstruction.
