No right turn being ignored

Sent to Peterborough City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7657072.

This has been an issue for some time now but it doesn’t appear the council is aware of it. Multiple vehicles a day are ignoring the ‘No Right Turn’ sign on the City Road/St John Street junction. Can cameras or other enforcement methods be considered under the Traffic Management Act?
