Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7657043.

There council tenants and have 3 dogs, 1 tied up all the and constantly bark from 6.45 on wards,

This is still ongoing with the dogs, i believe other neighbours have complained about this now, i don't want my name mentioned to the residents ive complained about,
