Dog walkers are parking on the grass verge at this location ruining the grass which the local residents are now having to tend to themselves. It is threadbare and muddy. Your own website states that people should not park on and damage the verges which they are and that you may seek damages from those illegally parking How can residents help you to identify those damaging the verges? And how do you intend to do this and resolve the damage.
