Rapidly growing sycamore up against back fence

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7656101.
There is a self-sown sycamore growing on the bank of the canalised Fletton stream (just south of Stagshaw Drive) pushing up against the rear fence of my property at 5 Gloucester Rd. It will soon overshadow recently planted pear trees and is now too big for me to cut back from my side of the fence. Note: The pin on the map won't stay in the rigt position
