Parking obstructions

Visitors to the Ghousia Armley Mosque yesterday where taxi was blocking the entrance to a back street while he went to prayers. No consideration for residents, no access for emergency vehicles, driver doesn't live here. Parked too close to junction of Laurel Fold. Cars parked on both sides of chapel Lane all the way up and into Laurel Fold. Traffic at a standstill and did not clear until 9pm! Cars parking in resident parking areas blocking access road & preventing neighbours parking in their designated spaces 101 not interested and say it's a Council problem. Problem every Friday and now additional days sadly for funerals etc
