Rocking manhole cover since February 2025

This manhole cover has been making a loud noise each time a vehicle passes over it since February 2nd 2025. It is directly outside my house on the junction of Badnall Street & Mill Street in Leek. I have reported it many times to Severn Trent and Highways but nothing has been done and it is now June. I am losing sleep, feeling tired all the time and have developed high blood pressure. It is making me ill. I am under the doctor for all these symptoms. I would be grateful if you could help me with getting this fixed. Many thanks Jane Reed
