Surface of pavement slope extremely slippery (i.e. unsuitable material/polished surface/algae growth etc..) which directly caused two adults injury (1x broken ankle requiring surgery & 1x ankle sprain and bruising) on 25 May 2025, approx. 4:45pm. Local residents assisting injured persons started at the time members of the public slipping here is common occurrence at this location. No signage or grip to prevent slipping on sloped surface.
