Overhanging branches

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7651082.

There is a tree by the junction of leaves green crescent that is obstruction the footpath due to the overhanging branches, making this difficult to navigate round. Can this pruned back to stop the obstruction.
