White Edge Line (no parking) junction of Churchways/Church Rd, Whitchurch

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 14:27, Wed 10 February 2016

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 minutes later

We need a white line on the corner of Churchways/Church Road to stop cars/vans parking on the corners - as you can see from the photograph people park just around the corner from Churchways and at the narrowest spot which means we have to squeeze pass the parked car/van and overhanging bushes on the right and on bin/recycling days the recyclers etc. are unable to get up Church Rd and therefore we are missed out until the following week. Cars/vans park on the corner in Churchways so when we in Church Rd turn left into Churchways we're unable to see any oncoming traffic and we have to drive on the right-hand side of the road.

  • White lines done at last this week (January 2017) although perhaps yellow lines may have been better but people are either blind or just plain stupid as they have still parked right on the corner this morning.
