Someone has left a large pile of full dog poo bags next to green bin that has not been emptied for several weeks. The bags of dog poo have been there for the same time.

  • The bags of poo have gone but the bin is full and is not being emptied and blocking the pavement. I assume they have not paid for them to be emptied.
