Overgrown foliage blocking view at junction

Reported via mobile in the Grass category anonymously at 08:32, Mon 2 June 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7648416.

The grasses and plants either side of the junction at Hazeldene Close onto the main road have grown so much in the past few weeks that they are now impeding visibility. It is getting very difficult to see clearly when turning out of Hazeldene Close, either left of right, which is dangerous given the speed and business of the main road you are turning on to. This happens every summer until the overgrown verge is properly cut back. Please can this be resolved quickly before someone has an accident trying to pull out of the junction.

  • This has got even worse since the first report was submitted - so difficult to see properly when turning out of Hazeldene Close. When will this be fixed?
