Rough sleepers/mess

Rough sleepers continuous problem arrive late at night, everyday food waste, food wrappers, cans etc
Residents cannot stand outside in the morning or daytime - if seen by rough sleeper verbal abuse. The area looking untidy and Belgrave going down hill.
Reported to councillor and at ward meetings.
This problem needs to be sorted.

The problem arises every other week. The commercial centre cleaner employed by one of the businesses cleans up.
The other day, police arrived and something happened.
People drinking at night occasionally and men using exit as a toilet. Pedestrians and residents walk by or drive up and they have no respect.

Resident near no47 minding her own business, came out the house and saw rough sleeper. He made eye contact and verbal abuse.
