Gentlemen parked over drive

Good afternoon,

I would like to report a car parking over my drive currently. My address is 6 Newboult Road SK8 2AH. Time and time again people park in front of our drive and over the line.

I wouldn’t usually report this sort of thing but I opened the upstairs window and kindly asked the gentlemen to move his car as he is parking over the line. To which he replied “ yeah no worries I completely sympathise with you” as I got back to the window the man has walked down the street and left his car.You can clearly see how far he gone past the white line in the pictures as well as blocking the drive.

I would also like to request some assistance as to how to prevent this as it continuously happens.
