The steps and barrier have been knocked down to access the crossing. This is unsafe as you cannot cross the crossing in a safe place. There are also barriers at the crossing. This is a really busy junction used by wagons and lots of children use the crossing here. You cannot access the steps or cross the road safely due to barriers and crumbled steps
