Low-Hanging Branches and Basal Growth Blocking Cycle Path

Sent to Lambeth Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7635646.

The cycle path here is being blocked/rendered unusable by some due to very low hanging tree branches that need cutting back, as well as basal growth (shoots at the bottom of some trees) now significantly growing out into the cycle path/pavement.
