The tree outside our house appears to be rotten/dead. All other trees in the area are blossoming with leaves as its now Spring but this tree is no longer looking healthy and its in its 2nd year of not showing life. We are in very close proximity and if it falls it will probably land on our vehicles or if it falls the other way it will block our cul de sac crescent.
