Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 47 days.

Loose manhole cover for last 9months or more outside 110 Spencer bridge road..every time a vehicle passes over it its clunk clunk!! Thru out the night it is horrendous. Everyone is being kept awake..A total nightmare..Will have to fix it myself if it continues..or close the road off.
