Winchmore Hill road N14/N21 street bins have not been emptied in over a week, pre bank holiday. I have collected the overflow and driven it home to my own bin to avoid further rat infestations and unsanitary conditions. I do this regularly. The head of Enfield council and chief executive are both aware and knew of this two days ago.
