Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7627375.

The blue top food waste bin not collected for a number of weeks for Block 24 Eliot Close, Emmer Green It seems when ever a new crew starts they are not aware of its location. The RBC website has a problem when reporting.
