I've previously asked council authorities to resolve the drainage issue the flooding is causing with obstructing walkers and cyclists onto the Ely River trail. However, when another shower (rain) occurs I keep feeling like I've used all avenues of complaint when Council refuse to reasonably make adjustments. As they insist the land isn't publicly owned!
