Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7622691.

I continually have to clean rubbish outside my house. Because of parked cars. The street cleaning wagon can not get near to clean. Therefore as am a pensioner should get a discount on my rates as am not getting the service I paid for. Alternatively put yellow lines
