Hedgerow obstructing footpath

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7621749.

The hedgerow is overgrown where the barriers are at the end of the footpath between Louie's Lane and Scholars Walk. This is causing access issues for people in mobility scooters and they are unable to turn to get around the barriers without going in to the brambles.
