I’ve lived on this road for 2 and a half years and this car has NEVER moved. It’s full of junk and clearly someone is using it as some kind of storage facility. There is always limited parking on this street and it seems unfair that this car always gets the priority of parking here. It is registered and taxed but surely it needs to be reported and moved. I, like many others, am fed up with it!
