Layby Litter Bin removed.

Over the past 20 years plus, I've seen this litter bin changed fome a lampost mounted bin to a freestanding bin to disappearing bin. A bench was installed, and the bin removed. Though the bin has not been replaced, even though layby often used by public. Rubbish often strewn along this area. I often see local wimbles picking up litter off busy A 473. Surely easier to replace with a few bins at start, center and exit, to cut down the littering
