Badly rusted cellar cover.
Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7618758.
Cellar cover at side of corner shop badly rusted, and has rotting footway plate covering it. This is an adopted footway, as such the council is responsible for it's upkeep. It's been made safe long past, but nothing has been done, and the footway plate is now also rotting away. Either enforcement should charge business to replace it, or council arrange fabrication of new permanent cover.
