Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7618010.

This is obviously a long term problem but I would like to know if there are any plans to sort it out. Even in this dry period, after one nights rain, two nights ago, to come out of Voltaire we have to step over a huge pool of water in the gutter. This was constant during the winter months but incredible when the weather has been so dry. Obviously something wrong with the drains.
