Overgrown passage way and over fences

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7617194.

33 and 34 calvers wa72el overgrown back passageway also over fences of back gardens. Breaking trellis and fences. Has been like it for months and numerous reports put in. I can't have a back gate because of all of this its around 6 foot high. I want this all gone so there is a walk way and so I can have a back gate. I have no rear exit incase of fires.
