Obstructive car parking on pavement

During school pick up/drop off car parking is dangerous and obstructive as cars are parked both sides aome on pavement.

    This truck has been parked on bryony road , about 5 weeks, the has now had the back lights taken, and is causing an obstruction on the pavement
