The potholes and poor car park surface have been left for months despite being previously reported. Some of these holes are deep and dangerous. Frankly, the lack of action feels negligent. When will this be fixed?

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We are aware of the issues raised in Norman Park and worked with specialist contractors to gather quotes for these and several other locations across the Open Space Portfolio. Following receipt of the quotes, the Council's Property Maintenance team continue to review options for these works inclusion on their ongoing work schedules. We do not currently have details for the timeframe of these works as they need to be considered in relation to budgets and priorities across the wider Bromley Estate, however it will remain on our list of requested tasks to be closely monitored until and after completion.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. Remedial works to the surfacing at Norman Park have been raised for Autumn this year and are to be undertaken by the Council's Facilities Management Team who do not work off the Fix my Street System. The report will be closed but remains on their list of outstanding works to be monitored and managed through to completion
