They are filled daily by shopkeeper and not then available for residence. Labels need to be in multiple language. Clean the streets

Updates

  • These industrial sized bins are filled by local shops, people even driver up and empty their boot or rubbish into the. Recycling is useless because that is filled with rubbish. Misuse means they overflow or residents leave bags by full bins and the streets end up covered in rubish incl recently soiled nappies. This was meant to be a temp measure and is a public hazard. Put the bins round the back for resident use only
