West of Scotland Cricket Club has two skips along the boundary with Fortrose Street that have been overflowing with waste for weeks. Attracting rats and vermin close to a school. Breach of Environmental Protect Act 1990: "Businesses of every kind have a responsibility under Environmental Protect Act 1990 to ensure the proper disposal of their waste using an approved waste contractor."
