The vehicle has been parked here very frequently, with the frequency increasing in recent months to the point where it is nearly continuous. The vehicle is parked where it obstructs the flow of traffic and is causing a danger to cyclists and pedestrians crossing the road. School children use this as a route for the local school and it presents a specific risk to them
