I have owned the property 14 Farmbrook Court since 1991 and seen this tree grow over the years. This tree is now leaning over and rotting and should it fall will cause damage to property and serious injury to people. This tree needs felling or at least pruning to a lower height so if it should fall it would not cause damage or injury.
