  • The enquiry has been assessed and does not present a risk to highway users at this time.

    We deal with defects based on the level of immediate risk. We keep all Cheshire East adopted roads and highway assets safe through our routine safety inspections. All inspections are conducted in line with our Code of Practice for Highway Safety Inspections which is available on our website via the link below:

  • This update is to inform you that your enquiry has been assessed and an ad-hoc jetting job has been raised. Our jetting sites are scored on a risk based matrix, higher scoring gullies will be priority. However, if there is any immediate threat to the property or highways safety requiring an emergency response then we ask that this is telephoned through to the team on 0300 123 5020 between 8:30am – 5:00pm or outside of these hours, contact our out of hours team on 0300 123 5025.
