Car parked on double line

I live in Landscape Drive LE5 6GA, Leicester. Landscape Drive is a cult de sec. It's a narrow street. People park the car on double yellow line at the entrance of Landscape Drive all the time. It is difficult for us to drive through the street when the car is parked on the entrance of the street on double yellow line, which is not clearly visible. Today some body parked car on both side of the entrance of the Landscape Drive. I couldn't get through at all. I have to wait for long time until one of the driver came and moved his car. Please arrange to mark yellow lines so they are visible. We are tired of this problem.
