Hedge blocking footway

The overgrown hedge on corner of old road and windmill road is now blocking the entire footway, the only place pedestrians can pass is by going into the bike lane.

    Vegetation on ground and shrubbery - needs to be cut back. Pedestrians are forced into the cycle path.
