Abandoned trollies

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7610665.

Every week one or two marks and Spencers trollies are left on kildonan drive outside my flat on the pavement under my flat windows. This has happened for past six months. I don't know which neighbour is responsible. Usually happens Monday or Tuesday during work hours and trollies sit for several days before being removed. Don't know who removes them - maybe marks and Spencers employees?
