Concrete breaking up

This is a well used path and entrance to a public hall. The concrete has been deteriorating over time and has been patched. There is also remaind of post/bollard. The path is right infront of the hall entrance and has become a serious issue and trip hazard to everyone using hall or walking on path. There has been some near misses of people tripping on this broken concrete path. Someone could be seriously injured.

Updates

Council used smallest amount of concrete which is already breaking up so no fix just a shoddy patch.
