Along the edge of the road, coming from the railway bridge in Maw Green Road and going towards haslington. Opposite the balancing pool of the Watkins Jones estate and after the two cottages which are on the opposite side of the road from these potholes.

There are a series of potholes on this stretch of road and some patching of previous repairs. The road is rapidly deteriorating with heavy usage and a larger patch repair would be needed to cover the defects which are larger than dinner plates and over 40mm deep in places.
