There is overgrown grass & weeds along the council fence as well as between the house garden fence and council fence causing serious hayfever and an eyesore. The garden maintenance guys who come to cut grass are recently ignoring to cut this at the same time as mowing the grass for no valid reason. It has been like this for six months and getting worse day by day.
