Consistent Unsafe Parking

The car is parked illegally as closer to the junction than 10 meters. The owner doesn’t believe this parking breaks the Highway Code despite being told. The owner has other parking available. The owner has no plan to change so yellow lines are necessary. It’s been there for months and completely blocks the view up the road for a busy housing close with constant traffic in an area close to the school with plenty of children, pedestrians, agricultural traffic, horses, cyclists and deliveries passing through. Yellow lines on the junction to show the full 10m rule would stop blocking all visibility down the road.
