This person was parked on the pavement and verbally abused me when I asked the dentist surgery to have them move their car. This happens often. When complaining to the dentist surgery they were also extremely rude. Bollards need to be put up by council to block this happening. This is extremely dangerous. The driver then proceeded to drive on the pavement to the next drive.
