No lighting at all

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7597710.

Street light not working. Bollard for middle crossing area not working. No cone there now so nothing lights up when coming up to crossing area. Crossing lamp bent and dangerous. Reported before and it is now worse!!!!
