Large tree encroaching on our property and that of our neighbours.

The large tree on the patch of grass between the cut-through from Stuart Road and Fenton Rise has now grown over our boundary and that of our neighbours. It is encroaching on our property and is blocking out light. The tree is very thick and heavy with branches. When we had bad winds it seemed very unstable due to this weight. I do not believe any of the branches have been trimmed for some while. Due to its size, and the lack of light it has killed a length of our boundary hedge!

    Encroaching over boundary by several feet since July with no work being done on the tree.
