Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7595893.

To the right of Church Lodge in Church Road Warsash there is a small wooded path. Someone has dumped garden waste just inside the entrance, on its boundary with Church Lodge. Could be from Church Lodge throwing it over the fence. What three words: stealthier/revamping/bend
